What is the procedure for returning the goods?

To return the product, you must fill out the online goods return form, which you can find in the details of your order.

After filling out the form, please send the goods to the address specified on the online goods return form. Your money will be returned to your account within 14 days of receiving the package.

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from on the day of receipt of the shipment.
You do not even have to state the reason for the return of the goods, bu we will be grateful if you do so - we will use this information when preparing our product offer and to improve the store operation.
The goods must be complete and in the original packaging.
In case of damage to the goods, the buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods in accordance with the general terms and conditions and the relevant legislation
